We usually dispatch orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are unlikely to be dispatched on the same day - this will affect shipping times

DELIVERY

48 Hour Shipping - can take between 2-3 working days from dispatch.

24 Hour Shipping - is typically 1-2 working days depending on time of dispatch. Due to the couriers not being able to guarantee this service, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours of ordering.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We usually ship all orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day but due to the current situation, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
We will send an email confirmation once this has been dispatched by our warehouse.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently have 2 delivery options available;

Standard Shipping: 2-3 working days Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and you can track your order up until your parcel has been delivered to you.

Premium Shipping: 1-2 working days Next working day is sent via Yodel. This is a tracked service and you can track your order up until your parcel has been delivered to you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, and premium shipping on all orders over £50.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number, and all our shipping services are tracked at every stage of the delivery, until your order is delivered to you.
